Sound familiar?

  • Every conversation turns into the same argument, and nobody remembers how it started.
  • One kid is struggling, and it has quietly reorganized the whole household.
  • Divorce, remarriage, a move, a loss — and everyone is coping differently.
  • You’re keeping the peace instead of actually talking about what's going on.
  • You’re not sure what to do next. You just know you don't want to keep doing it like this.

We're here to support your family through it all.

We publish our rates because you shouldn’t have to get on a call to find out whether this is possible for your family. Private pay also lets us build treatment around what your family actually needs, rather than what an insurance plan will authorize.

Questions parents actually ask

Do we all have to come to every session?

Not necessarily. Session structure depends on your treatment goals.

What if someone in my family doesn’t want to do this?

That’s more common than you’d think, and it’s something we can work with. If they are willing to come for one session, their voice is valued in the process.

How do you stay neutral?

We focus on what each person is experiencing and what each relationship needs, not on who’s “right.”

How long does family therapy take?

It depends on what you’re working on. We’ll give you a real assessment after the first few sessions rather than a number now.

Do you take insurance?

Rachel is in-network with Medicare only. Otherwise, we’re private pay and provide Superbills. Reimbursement depends on your plan and is not guaranteed.

How do I know which clinician to pick?

Read the three short profiles above and go with your gut. If you are not sure, book with anyone and we’ll sort out the fit on the call.

What actually happens on the free consult?

Twenty minutes on the phone or video. You tell us what’s going on, we answer questions about the process, and we figure out together whether we’re the right fit.
